#191 Non-player enemies can block attacks despite not having a shield

Beasts and other enemies without shields sometimes block your attacks, while in Vanilla only shield-carrying humanoids did.

Current behavior

All types of enemies seem to be able to block attacks. On rare occasions my attacks are blocked by random beast enemies, such as those wandering Dun Morogh, or a Hippogryph Youth in Zephras Isle.

Expected behavior

I'm pretty sure that most enemies did not block attacks in Vanilla WoW - only humanoids with shields.

How to reproduce

1. Find any enemy that isn't a humanoid with a shield
2. Fight in melee combat for a while, and sometimes your attacks will be blocked for reduced damage
