#183 Cannot Restore Delete Character with shared first name

A deleted character cannot be restored because the game says the name is taken, even though the name is confirmed free.

Current behavior

Cannot Restore Deleted Character. Prompts name is taken even when name is confirmed available by making a character with that name before and after restore

Expected behavior

Restoring a deleted character with a name that is available restores that character

How to reproduce

1. Create 2 characters with the same first name but different last names
2. Level 1 of the characters to above level 10
2. Delete the character that is above level 10
4. Try to restore the character that was just deleted
