#165 [Gamepad] Item tooltip (name/attributes) doesn't appear when selecting an item

When browsing bags with a gamepad, selecting an item shows no tooltip, so you cannot see its stats or compare it with your gear.

Current behavior

When navigating inventory/bags using a gamepad, selecting an item no longer displays its tooltip. This means the item's name and attributes are not shown, and there's also no stat comparison with the currently equipped item. This happens regardless of client language — reproduced on both the English client and the Portuguese (BR) client. Additional Context: This makes it impossible to evaluate loot or gear upgrades while playing exclusively with a gamepad.

Expected behavior

Expected Behavior: Selecting an item should show its tooltip with name, attributes, and a stat comparison against the currently equipped item (same as it works with mouse/keyboard). Actual Behavior: No tooltip appears at all — the item's name and attributes are not shown, and no comparison is made.

How to reproduce

1. Switch to gamepad input mode.
2. Open the bag/inventory.
3. Use the gamepad to move the cursor over/select any item.
