#148 Human racial seemingly not working if the sword is in your offhand

The Human 2% crit bonus does not apply when the sword is in your offhand.

Current behavior

If you have a sword in your offhand, the 2% critical strike chance does not apply.

Expected behavior

Due to the wording of the racial, it seems that it should apply regardless, so long as you have the sword equipped.

How to reproduce

If you duel wield, and swap the sword to your offhand while having a different weapon type in your main hand, the critical strike chance will not apply.
