#146 [Controller] Trade window doesn't open bags

With a controller, opening a trade does not open your bags, making it hard to add items.

Current behavior

When playing with a controller, opening a trade doesn't open your bags, so there's no easy way to add items unless you already have the bags open.

Expected behavior

If the bag interface is closed, bags should open automatically with the trade window, the same as with a mouse.

How to reproduce

1. Enable gamepad UI
2. Open a trade with another player
3. Bags stay closed
