#145 [Controller] Auction house tab order is inconsistent

With a controller, focus jumps around the auction house in an unpredictable order.

Current behavior

When playing with a controller, moving between fields in the auction house jumps around in an inconsistent order.

Expected behavior

Fields should follow a consistent, predictable order. - Pressing down on the dpad should shift focus to the UI element that sits directly vertically below/above the currently selected element. - Pressing down on the dpad should shift focus to the UI element that sits directly horizontally adjacent to the currently selected element.

How to reproduce

1. Enable Gamepad UI
2. Open the auction house
3. Move between fields
