#140 [Controller] Issue report window can't be closed

With a controller, the issue report window after a boss or dungeon cannot be focused, used or closed.

Current behavior

When playing with a controller, there's no way to focus close the issue report window. (The one that pops up after defeating a boss or completing a dungeon). There is also no way to click the issue report icon, or enter text in the window without a keyboard and mouse.

Expected behavior

Select should focus the window and B, or a focusable close button, should close the window.

How to reproduce

1. Enable Gamepad UI
2. Open the issue report window either via bug report, or by completing a dungeon/boss
3. Try to focus and close it
