#14 Ranged swing timer is reset by melee

For Hunters, melee attacks reset the Auto Shot timer but not the other way round, making weaving behave inconsistently.

Current behavior

Currently melee swing resets the ranged swing timer from Auto Shot for hunters, but ranged swing does not reset melee swing.

Expected behavior

Expected behavior is that either they both reset the swing timers or they both don't reset the swing timers. Over the years weaving has become a staple for hunters and while there should be options to not have to do it... it's a fun and engaging gameplay that adds an extra step to the game. Please consider neither to reset.

How to reproduce

1. Attack with melee, a target near you or attack from melee and run to range
2. Attack with ranged and incur a full swing time delay from the time you melee'd
