#130 [Controller] Saved UI changes can't be used

With a controller, saved UI layouts cannot be loaded, edited or deleted.

Current behavior

When playing with a controller, saved UI layout changes can't be used/edited/deleted..

Expected behavior

UI changes should be saveable with a controller, the same as with a mouse.

How to reproduce

1. Enable Gamepad UI
2. Open UI edit mode and make a change
3. Try to save
4. It will let you save a new profile, but you cannot select saved profiles for use, editing, or deletion.
