#121 Faerie Fire resets Druid swing timer in shapeshift forms, causes incorrect Global Cooldown, and causes zero threat.

Faerie Fire in Bear or Cat Form resets your swing timer, triggers a 1.5 second global cooldown and generates no threat.

Current behavior

[a] When you cast Faerie Fire in Bear Form or Cat Form, the melee auto attack swing timer resets. [b] Additionally, Faerie Fire causes a 1.5 second global cooldown. [c] Additionally, Faerie Fire causes zero threat.

Expected behavior

[a] Feral Faerie Fire (Classic) did not reset the Auto Attack swing timer when in shapeshift forms. [b] Feral Faerie Fire also additionally caused only a 1.0 second global cooldown timer in both Bear and Cat Forms. [c] Faerie Fire should cause threat in all shapeshift forms.

How to reproduce

[a- Auto Attack timer reset] Enter Bear or Cat Form. 
Begin Auto attacking any attackable target. 
Cast Faerie Fire at any point during the auto attack swing timer. 

[c - Zero Threat] Enter Bear or Cat Form. 
Have an ally enter the aggro range of a hostile enemy. 
Cast Faerie Fire on the target.
