#108 Auction House takes 1 silver minimum deposit regardless of what the UI says.

The auction house charges at least 1 silver deposit even when its window shows just a few copper.

Current behavior

Currently if you put anything on the Auction house that cost less than 1 silver to deposit (according to AH UI) it will take 1 silver minimum. For example if I put up 2 light leather the UI says it will cost me 4 copper deposit but then I continue 1 silver gets taken out of my gold. You DO get it back in mail after if you sell it, but if you don't you get nothing which still makes it a bad bug and not working as intended.

Expected behavior

It should take the amount the AH UI says.

How to reproduce

1. Put in something (don't sell yet) that is not worth much and check the deposit amount.
2. Check the amount of gold in your bag.
3. Put it on the AH and check your gold again, it should be 1 silver less. 
4. Check email of sold item after 1 hour where it shows you get deposit back (or not if not sold)
